Death By Pizza was worth the trip alone. Everything was incredible. Please just go there if you’re ever in Delray Beach. That is all. That’s the message. 🍕🥗

Today my family & I made one of the hardest decisions I feel like we’ve ever had to make. We had our boy Odin laid to rest this afternoon. The staff at the were so kind and compassionate and immediately rushed to our side to help us with him. His breathing had become super labored and he was barely holding on at that point. We couldn’t selfishly hold on any longer.

Odin was not just a dog. He was not a pet. Odin was my son. He was family. He always will be. He and Sophia grew up together. We brought him home on August 16th, 2018 and in an instant, he was the perfect fit to complete our little family dynamic. He was 8 weeks old. He traveled along side us. We took him on road trips to Miami with us. Tony even took him to Gasparilla one year. Anywhere we were able to take him, we did. I’m going to miss him more than words could ever begin to describe. I loved this boy more than any dog I’ve ever had in my life. We love you so much, Odin. Until we meet again. 💙🌈🐾

Jk — but all jokes aside, this is my new found love for breakfast. I’ve never been one to like cottage cheese, but this high protein version of avocado toast has become my new go to morning meal.

For the toast I used: Greenwise avocado seed & grain bread with sesame and guacamole spices (if you haven’t tried this loaf please go get it) it’s divine!

Avocado Mash: Haas avocados ALWAYS.. duh. 🥑

Cottage Cheese: 2% milk fat low fat cottage cheese (small curd) with 45% less sodium.

Top with chili onion crunch from and enjoy!
