One thing I’ve learned behind the chair is this:

Today I had the opportunity to teach a workshop at Marchman Technical College, where we talked about the mindset, habits, confidence, and business foundations that truly create longevity in this industry.
What I call the 4 B’s of a Beautiful Career. ✨
It’s a framework I teach new stylists entering the industry, four pillars designed to help keep you grounded, focused, and intentional while building a career behind the chair.
The conversations, perspective shifts, and “ah-ha” moments in the room today reminded me how important mentorship and guidance really are. 🖤
And honestly…I think this may be the beginning of something really special.
