Yeast Mode came alive in the Fall of 2024. Since then, they have consumed A LOT of wheat flour, since they eat every day.
I like to keep a couple grams of starter at a time then plan feeds around when and how much I'm baking.
Yeast Mode goes beast mode with every loaf🙌
