Alex is a Kinesiologist at United Medical Fitness. She has a passion for helping people reach their goals and improve their overall health. Alex has her Bachelors in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness from San Jose State University. She has received her Masters in Kinesiology from Cal State San Marcos. During her Masters She completed her thesis on “The influence of regular Pilates practice on visceral adipose tissue in post menopausal women”. She also enjoys working out and going to Disneyland with friends.
