Then it was expanded to the Month of March in 1980 with growing emphasis on consuming nutrient dense foods, healthy eating, and dietetics. What a great way to begin the Spring with intentional actions, intuitive eating, and health promoting lifestyle habits or routines. This is a great time to connect with a Clinical Nutritionist or RD Nutritionist to help you set yourself up for success with your health goals. Hello! I’m a Clinical Nutritionist. What does that mean?

I am well versed in Dietetics, Nutritive Foods, Healing Foods & Combinations, Have a deep understanding of how whole foods can be used to prevent and reverse disease, as well as a deep understanding of how supplements and nutraceuticals can support and work alongside medications to treat certain conditions, etc.

I also have a deep knowledge of how herbal remedies may assist with treatment, prevention, or reversal of some conditions. I am also trained in how to analyze your bloodwork in regard to your current health status or progress.

I am also knowledgeable in lifestyle interventions to assist stress relief, some mental health support, appropriate exercise and fitness, etc.

I cannot diagnose or prescribe pharmaceutical medications. But I can help you determine what supplements or homeopathies may be suitable for use alongside your medications.

Note: It is always good to consult with your other physician(s) regarding your Nutrition interventions and recommendations so that they are aware of any treatments or recommendations you have been given alongside their pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or lifestyle recommendations.

I am here to help you if you need a short-term plan to help support an acute situation or condition or longer-term support if you are experiencing a chronic or serious illness. My view of health management is holistic, and I look at the whole being.

If you are in a state where you wish to optimize health or improve athletic performance, I am well versed in Athletic Support and Longevity or Strength Support.

My ultimate goal is to help others achieve their wellness goals whether we are working on healing from an illness or optimizing health where you are currently. I help you achieve the wellness you have been pondering or wishing you had the right support to achieve. Likewise, enlighten you on the interventions you can manage independently and long-term to support your lifetime health goals.
