Update! I hate to do this, but:
🧼 A deposit needs to be paid prior to final invoice (final invoice will include shipping)
🧼 Shipping varies from order to order, but shipping starts at $5
🧼 If you order a custom order and do not reply within 48 hours, a final invoice will be delayed, and those soaps will become available to the public. If you message me after 48 hours, I will take your order again but you will move to the bottom of the list
🧼 REMAKES, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE. If there is a problem, message me and I can see what can be done. We will discuss what happens to the ‘messed up’ order as well as IF it is possible for a discount to be given for a remake. I cannot offer a discounted remake if you don’t care for the scents. So please be specific in your order.

🏠 Please remember! I make every soap by myself in my kitchen at night, and on weekends. I do not live alone so time has to be scheduled for me to use the kitchen for soap making.

I just want to give a quick update about how I operate Handcrafted by Hannah!
🧼 I make soaps by custom order, but I usually also have some soaps on hand that I’ve made, too. Please let me know what you’re looking for!
🧼 Please let me know if you have any allergies so I can make sure there’s no allergy concerns for you.
🧼 Because these are handcrafted soaps and body products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available.
🧼 I only ship Priority so the soap(s) will arrive as fast as they can, and are insured. I will ship faster (only with insurance) upon request. Regardless of upgrading shipping, this is added to the total. The reason I only ship with insurance is to protect what is being shipped. If your order is over $100, additional cost to the shipping will be added to fully protect it.
🧼 If you ask for a mystery soap, this leaves it up to me to pick the mold, scent, and color, so please understand that you are not able to request or deny any scent or color.
