Because of today’s interactions with technology, we are constantly forward with both our necks and shoulders. This puts the chest into a compressed position constantly. One way to help with this strain on the chest and back is to stretch. The doorway stretch, or doorframe stretch is a very beneficial action to preform to help prevent restrictions in the muscle and aid in everyday movement.
