Some days regulation looks less like a perfect morning routine and more like stopping yourself in the middle of a spiral.
A few weeks back we got news that immediately triggered fear and anxiety. My first instinct was to jump to worst-case scenarios and try to control things that hadn't even happened yet.
Instead, I took a breath, slowed down, and reminded myself that I don't have to carry tomorrow today.
One moment. One prayer. One breath at a time.
And it all worked out. GOD HAS US IN THE PALM OF HIS HAND!!!

Help a momma out. My husband and I are currently in the fighting stage of sleep and have been for a while. It truly is tiresome.
Need some help and tips on how to get him to sleep without tv, without a bottle, without biting.
He doesn't currently use a pacifier, roams around his bed, and tried to get out when we lay him down.
The best we have gotten is laying down in bed, watching tv, and drinking a bottle, or walking around in his stroller until he falls asleep still with his bottle.
