Trying to make some magic happen. One thing I can say about being on plan is, it has help me build a certain type of discipline. A certain type of focus that allows me to keep going and going. I wear a lot of hats and I’m constantly on the move. But I can tell you I never forget to take care of my health. Being on plan has created a health path that I follow daily, proper hydration, proper portion control. Making sure you are reaching optimum health And sustainable goals. I know being stylish isn’t easy and I hope I can help you all with becoming more confident and try new things. I also know being healthy can be difficult without the proper education and help. Well I’m also here to assist you all with that journey. Health and fashion goes hand in hand. Fashion to me is an extension of who you are. It should make you feel good, to look good. Image if you can really feel good and also look good in every outfit you try on! Let’s push the limit both in your fashion and especially with your health! Health is wealth!!! 🐓 Bruschetta Chicken Casserole 🍅🌱

Makes 3 servings - each serving =
1 leaner, 3 greens, condiments, 2/3 fats

Ingredients:
• 1lb chicken breast, uncooked (*12oz cooked*) cut into bite sized pieces
• 2 tsp avocado or olive oil
• 4.5 c chopped Roma tomatoes
• 3 fresh garlic cloves, chopped
• 1 c shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• Sea salt/pepper to taste
• Fresh basil leaves
• Cooking spray

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Heat oil in skillet on medium-high heat
- Add chicken, salt and black pepper
- Cook, stirring occasionally until golden brown on sides and almost cooked through
- Transfer chicken to an 8 x 8 baking dish (sprayed/brushed with oil)
- Top with chopped tomatoes, oregano, garlic and drizzle of balsamic vinegar
- Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese
- Bake uncovered 18-20 minutes, just until the cheese is melt and sauce bubbling at the bottom of the dish
- Remove from oven and let set for 5 min
- Garnish

Peanut Butter Crunch Bars or Cups

Ingredients:

1 Optavia Chocolate Pudding (1 Fueling)
3 Optavia Peanut Butter Crunch Bars (3 Fuelings)

Directions:
Make pudding as directed in a medium sized bowl and set aside. 
Place peanut butter crunch bars in a separate bowl and microwave for about 20 seconds or melted. Pour melted crunch bars into prepared pudding and stir until combined. 

Pour mixture onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and spread evenly to desired thickness into a rectangular shape to make bars. You can also use 4 silicone muffin cup holders and divided the mixture evenly between the cups. Freeze for at least 2 hours. Cut into 4 equal portions if freezing on a cookie sheet or peel back silicone cup and enjoy!

Let’s go JT

This is truly mind-blowing! 🤯 In only 7 short months, I've lost 100 lbs and hit my healthy weight! 🙌 Obviously there's a ton of physical improvements! Here's some highlights:

- Lowered blood pressure
- Better sleep
- No more holding my breath while I tie my shoes

Cajun Shrimp 🍤 Lettuce 🥬 Wraps ✨✨

Ingredients:
44.8 oz peeled and cleaned shrimp~Yields 28 oz cooked (4 leanest)
1 tsp Garlic powder (2 condiments)
1/2 tsp Onion powder (1 condiments)
1 tsp Oregano, dried (2 condiments)
4 tsp Lime juice (2 condiments)
1/2 tsp Black pepper, ground (1 condiments)
1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper (1 condiment)
1 tsp Paprika (2 condiments)
1/4 tsp Sea salt (1 condiment)
4 tsp Olive oil (4 healthy fats)
1/4 cup (.88 oz) Sliced green onions (1/2 green)
2 cups (3.76 oz) Romaine or Butter lettuce (2 greens)
2 3/4 cups (14.47 oz) Sliced Bell Peppers (5 1/2 greens)

Directions:
In a gallon sized ziplock bag, add all seasonings, 2 tsp lime juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, peeled shrimp, and marinate for 30 min to 1 hour.
Heat a medium skillet, cook shrimp, and set aside.

On a separate skillet, heat 1 tsp of olive oil and cook bell peppers to desired level.

Plate on lettuce slices and assemble as shown. Squeeze remaining lime juice over tacos.

Enjoy!

Annie is crushing it!!!
About 3 months ago after trying several diets and exercise routines, with no real success I came across a post from a high school friend on her health journey with amazing results. In my current state I was miserable, huge, embarrassed and needed to find something that worked, so I reached out to find out what she was doing. At first I thought “Not another scheme to add to the failure basket” but honestly what did I have to lose, I’ll give it 30 days and see how it goes. Then an exciting thing happened….I lost over 15 pounds holy cow!!! I was sold. My weight loss hasn't slowed since, it's been consistent every week. Not only do I have loads more energy, and I don’t feel like I need to take a nap everyday in the afternoon. I’m back down to pre-pandemic weight which is great but I still have a long journey ahead. The difference is I’m motivated and excited to go on. The best resolution you can give yourself is the promise of a healthier tomorrow and that starts today!
