I don't want to spend the next chapter of my life desperately trying to look 25.

I want to be STRONG at 50.
Mobile at 60.
Independent at 70.
Adventurous at 80.

I want healthy skin.
Strong muscles.
Energy.
Confidence.
Purpose.
And a body capable of carrying me into whatever comes next.

So today's affirmation is one I especially want women to hear:

I am not chasing younger.
I am becoming stronger, healthier and more alive.
