I did a test run with Shanghai Pak Choi seeds and they are fabulous! They have a juicy crunch that would be expected from a mature bok choi, and a lovely flavor to match. You can grab one of just three limited boxes at The Woodlands Farmer's Market. They will definitely be in both market rotations soon!💚
