Constantly evolving, she has studied and worked a combined 10+ years in the areas of Yoga, Ayurvedic and Holistic Wellness Counseling, and Life Coaching. She currently lives in California with her husband and two pups, offering Coaching and Wellness Consultations globally in both Spanish and English. Her most current offerings include a lifelong passion and interest in Essential Oils, and she now offers Health Consultations and Creative Lifestyle Mentorships based on her years of combined expertise and experience in all fields.
