Looking to help your horse transition to the colder weather? Massage is a great option. Massage helps relieve stiffness and tension caused by cold weather. Body work increases the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid helping your horse stay warmer and move any swelling out of their joints. Fascial adhesions can form if your horse is moving around less in this colder weather. Massage helps keep the tissue fluid, preventing range of motion restrictions and pain. Your horse will be much more willing to work and perform well if their body feels good! I still have openings for the month of November to help get your best friend on the right track this fall🐴❤️ Servicing CT, MA, and RI

Are you doing prehab for your equine athlete?

Here are some of my favorite options:
⭐️Proper warm ups and cool downs
⭐️Regular bodywork appointments (massage and chiro)
⭐️Ice boots
⭐️Leg protection if necessary for your horse
⭐️A strict farrier schedule
⭐️Stretching POST RIDE
⭐️Structured fitness plan
⭐️Supplemental modalities like kinesiology taping, PEMF, and BEMER
⭐️Rider fitness

All of these options aid in preventing injury and soreness in your horse!

Hamish enjoyed his massage on this nice spring day! 🐎🌸

‼️Reminder to barn and horse owners ‼️

PLEASE inform your service providers (vets, body workers, clinicians, ect.) of viral outbreaks in your facilities. Most of us will opt to postpone appointments until ALL horses in the facility are cleared as no longer infectious. I personally am in contact with over 100 horses 6 days a week including pregnant mares, newborn foals, and race horses that travel between states. I cannot risk exposing any of these horses or my other clients to any outbreaks.

Thank you!
