⚡️The energy drink is obvious. Some days you need fuel to keep moving forward, especially when you’re building, teaching, and pushing things that matter.

❣️And the jar is the reminder most people avoid talking about: my energy is not unlimited. I don’t give it to everything anymore. I give it to the work, the people, and the conversations that actually move the needle. That’s not being cold, unmotivated, or disengaged—it’s being intentional.

Momentum isn’t about doing more.
It’s about protecting your focus so the right things keep moving.

2026 isn’t about a single word, a rigid goal, or a checklist I have to prove I completed.

I’ve learned that for me, pressure kills progress—especially when it comes to personal growth. I don’t thrive when I’m chasing a number just to say I hit it. I thrive when I’m walking a path that feels aligned, meaningful, and sustainable.

So instead of setting a “goal” for 2026, I’m setting a direction.

Personally, that looks like choosing growth without burnout, confidence without comparison, and joy without guilt. Letting myself evolve without needing to justify the pace.

Professionally, the path is clear—even if the steps unfold as I walk them:
• Helping new dental practices collect $1.2 million in their first year
• Supporting offices in building strong systems, clean KPIs, and clarity instead of chaos
• Creating a short, practical office manager education series that actually helps—not overwhelms

No perfection. No hustle-for-the-sake-of-hustle.
Just intention, impact, and forward motion.

By day, I’m a dental professional who loves systems, growth, and helping teams thrive. But at my core? I’m a cheerleader — on the field, on the mat, and in life.

I direct a nonprofit cheer program because I believe in shaping more than athletes. I believe in building confidence, discipline, and belief in young girls before the world tells them who they’re supposed to be. I love preparing them for their future goals in sports and in life, and watching them discover just how strong they really are.

Dentistry and cheer may look like two different worlds, but to me they’re the same — leadership, teamwork, heart, and showing up when it matters. This is me, and I’m so grateful to get to pour into people in every space I’m in. 🤍✨
