TERMS AND CONDITIONS - MICROBLADING

•I reserve the right to refuse my services
•Prices are subject to change at anytime
•Your touch- up appointment for Microblading must be within 4-6 weeks of your initial appointment. **Touch-ups after 6 weeks will be at a higher cost**
•If you have had your eyebrows previously tattooed, you must email a clear photo prior to booking your appointment. I cannot guarantee results and must approve that your eyebrows are workable. If they're too dark, dense, discoloured, or large, a colour correction procedure or tattoo removal will be highly recommended before beginning the cover-up
• Patch testing for allergies is $10 and non-refundable
•To secure your procedure/treatment a refundable deposit of $50 will need to be taken which comes off the total cost on the day of your procedure.
•All appointments and consultations cannot be held without a deposit. I accept Zelle, Cash, Venmo and PayPal, which can pay deposits.
•If you need to cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice, less than 48 hrs and no shows will incur a cancellation fee whereby your deposit will not be refunded. This includes late show-up!! THIS IS A 3 HOURS PROCESS (if you are late you have to reschedule and will put down another deposit)
•Pictures will be taken during your procedure for reference purposes and they may be used by Fleek Phibrows for marketing purposes on social media sites.
•I cannot guarantee 100% successful results for clients, each unique skin type reacts to pigments and the method differently especially those with skin problems. Results vary depending on health conditions, skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. **I do not offer refunds as I have carried out the treatment at a cost to me.

Ladies, the touch-up after 4 weeks of the initial microblading is important. IF you didn’t do this and decided to return after a few months, you just wasted your money because you have to pay whatever you paid for the initial again. Why? Because the pigment will fade away completely depending on your skin type. The follow up is important because it’s what gives you the longest-lasting results. It will also smooth out any imperfections that occurred during your Microblading healing and a second opportunity to adjust the shape.
