Part Two of #28DAYSOFWEIGHTLOSS - TLSSlim 28-day Challenge
After 2 weeks:
day 1 -195.4 lbs 25% body fat
day 7- 190.5 lbs 21.5% body fat
day 14- 190 lbs 20.5% body fat
Weight is not necessarily what counts , body fat does! I lost 1.5% body fat from day 7-day 14 but little weight. My 28 day goal of 19% body fat is very attainable and I'll keep aiming for that but the fat % is the most important number.
