Come spend your Saturday morning with us for our Rise & Grind Morning Walk in Broken Arrow! We’re meeting at Rise & Grind Coffee, grabbing our favorite little treat, and then heading out for an easy 2.37-mile walk together.
And truly—this is NOT about pace. 🫶🏼 Come if you’re a runner, a walker, a “I haven’t worked out in six months” girl, or just someone who wants to get out of the house and meet new people. The whole point is to move our bodies, make real-life connections, and start the weekend feeling GOOD. ✨

Hot sun, cold water, lots of laughs, and a whole lot of teamwork! 💕 Our very first TGSC Float Trip was one for the books, and we’re so grateful we got to spend the day making memories with old friends AND meeting new ones. 🥰

From helping each other along the river to sharing laughs, snacks, and good conversations, this is exactly what TGSC is all about — creating a space where women can connect, support one another, and build genuine friendships. 💛
A HUGE shoutout to Sips n’ Giggles for donating over 80 bottles of lemonade in all kinds of delicious flavors! 🍋🧊 They kept us refreshed through that Oklahoma heat, and we are so thankful for their generosity and support!
This is why supporting local matters. Thank you to ALL the amazing women who came to August Run Club to celebrate our friend! After a hot two mile run we celebrated by decorating our run shoes with beautiful beads! We appreciate you for showing up for us and yourself! 🫶

We had the opportunity to sit down with local author K.M. Martin and chat about her writing, her journey as an author, and the inspiration that brings her stories to life — and we loved getting a peek behind the pages. 💗
One of our favorite parts of building this community is getting to shine a light on the incredible creatives right here in our own backyard. Supporting local authors means supporting someone’s dream, their late nights, their brave ideas, and the stories they’ve worked so hard to put into the world.

Are you still afraid to show up? I couldn’t believe that I get to tell you nine out of the 12 attendees were first timers! Owen Park, home to Tulsa’s oldest surviving house, reminds us that community lasts. We show up, connect, and grow together. 💛
