Just realized I haven’t formally introduced myself, so I figured now was the perfect time! 🤎

Hi! I’m Kortney Putnam, a licensed cosmetologist. I graduated from Shelton State Community College’s cosmetology program in December 2025 and earned my cosmetology license in March 2026.

I joined Southern Roots Hair Studio at the end of May, and I’ve loved every second of being there! My favorite services are all things blonding, and I’ll soon be extension certified, which I’m so excited about. ✨

When I’m not behind the chair, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, Jacob, of three years and our two cats, Ford & Nova. I’m also a big fan of true crime documentaries and can almost always be found scrolling TikTok in my free time.
