It's a stretch but I've got to ask:

We found a trolley. Well, a partial trolley. Original to our Trolley barns built and owned by The Sheffield Co in 1905.

It's in bad shape and a rough brick building has been built around it.

The property is owned by B-Dub Real Estate Holdings LLC but I can't find any contact info.
The property has basically been abandoned for 7-8 years and it won't be long before the trolley isn't savable.

Does anyone have any idea who owns B-Dub Real Estate Holdings or Complete Care and Repair LLCs??

We like a chance to bring her back home if possible.

If the Mercantile storefront looks a bit bare bones in the next few weeks it's because OUR INSPECTION FOR THE NEW BUILDING WENT GREAT YESTERDAY! Eeeeeeek!

So we are slowly moving out any decor and unnecessary shop items to prepare for our big move (exact dates still to be determined). Still some paperwork and permits pending but it's in the works!

With that being said, and because the less I have to pack up and move the better, all our 1905 Mercantile items will be on sale over the next few weeks to make space for all the Christmas things coming!

This includes leather goods, candles, clothing, books, jewelry, decor, toiletry bags, stationary/pens, and more!

πŸ‘€πŸ‘€ Stay tuned for updates and announcements!
