Hey yall! Apologize for the long post but please read!!!
As my schedule continues to fill up, I just want to remind yall of my cancellation/late/no show policy and I’ll need to start enforcing some boundaries regarding appointments.
✨ I ask that you please reschedule or cancel atleast 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or there will be a charge for a cancellation/noshow fee of half of your total service cost. I do understand emergencies happen, if that is the case please reach out to me directly! ✨
I completely understand that life happens and unexpected things come up. Emergencies, traffic, kids, work, I totally get it. All I ask is communication and respect for my time the same way I respect yours.
If you are running late, PLEASE let me know as soon as possible. At this point, I can realistically only accommodate about a 10 minute grace period. Anything beyond that will need to be cancelled and rescheduled, and that will result in a cancellation/no-show fee.

I also can no longer guarantee same-week reschedules for last-minute cancellations or missed appointments. Sometimes it may even be a couple weeks before I’m able to get you back in due to limited availability.
When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved specifically for you. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave empty spots in my day that another client could have taken, and as this is my career and income, it directly affects me financially.
I truly love doing yalls hair and I value and appreciate every client who consistently shows up, communicates, and respects my time. It genuinely does not go unnoticed. Thank you guys for understanding and continuing to support my business. ❤️ 🫂

FULL transparency this was a year and a month of chaos 🤪
She went from blonde to a rich level 3/4 brunette (with a proper red fill)
She then said “commit me” and we took her permanent black. I fought it… briefly. She promised me 6 months, so we did one round permanent and maintained with demis!
6 months later…”Jess, I want BLONDE blonde.”
And just like that, we began the long, patient, slightly unhinged journey back.😅
No rushing. No frying. Just respecting what the hair could handle each appointment while slowly lifting through every tone imaginable.
This photo? Every phase, every tone, every ounce of patience it took to get her back to her perfect blonde.
