I remember the power of my first Soundbath. I was in a place of huge life changes, great uncertainty and high anxiety. All I wanted was sound sleep and an escape from looping thoughts and emotional confusion that I could not shake even for a moment. What I experienced that evening was the beginning of a healthy shift in self-care. One of the sound tools I love working with the most is tuning forks. They are powerful little tools that can reset and balance the nervous system very quickly. The Tuning Fork meditation below was released today by Tuning Fork Master and one of my teachers, John Beaulieu. I hope it gives you a peaceful break from the anxiety of the collective situation.
