My sweet son loves eating healthy meals with mama, and likes a treat every now and then too!

I made these cake pops for my baby the other night and they were a hit!

I have a newfound respect for professional bakers 😭

The best part?

He loved them, and I didn’t feel guilty one bit.

1. This isn’t his normal diet.

And

2. Due to the fact that this isn’t his normal diet, it truly is a TREAT for him, not his normalcy, and he doesn’t eat too much of it, because it’s nearly foreign to him.

What I mean by this is, he is used to nutrient dense, whole foods that satiate his appetite and not leave him with cravings for something else.

He is SATISFIED, and a HEALTHY baby!

When you set a new normal standard for your children, that’s what they will CRAVE.

Cheers to all the working mamas out there setting high standards for their children, all the way down to their taste buds.

We went blackberry picking yesterday at golden hour. It was a gorgeous summer evening!⁣

I baked mini wild blackberry pies, using my own recipe.⁣

Summers in The Great Pacific Northwest have always yielded beautiful fruits and vegetables, sweetened by the sun, and richly ripened. ⁣

We feel very fortunate to be able to forage our own wild berries for 𝘈𝘻𝘪𝘮’𝘴 𝘞𝘪𝘭𝘥 𝘉𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘣𝘦𝘳𝘳𝘺 𝘔𝘪𝘯𝘪 𝘗𝘪𝘦𝘴.⁣

It’s no secret that what you put into your body can either make or break your goals.

The hard part is trying to figure out what you should be eating and how much.

If you’re trying to burn fat and lose weight, there’s foods you can eat that will help you get there.

The Narcissist loves playing the victim.

Surround yourself with victors.

Everyone experiences hardships, trials, and tribulations.

Some of us are just more in tune with the reality that we all have a choice and a role in every matter.

We are responsible for ourselves. “Letting go” of what is toxic and does not serve you is not avoiding learning coping and conflict resolution. On the contrary, it is actually the most peaceful and wise way to resolve conflict.

Facing your adversary with silence, and no longer giving them the permission to feed off of your strength, is of the highest forms of self-love.

People can only meet you as far as they’ve met themselves.

Often times, The Narcissist does not want help. You are not responsible for facing their demons.

Vibrate higher.
Protect your energy.
Nurture your strength of spirit, and move on.

Staying at a historical natural geothermal hot springs was one of the most beautiful and freeing ways I began July.

It was my first time staying at a green hotel, where bottled water was not a thing, but free-filtered water was available for all.

Breakfasts were cooked from scratch, using fresh and local ingredients, right down to the blueberries in the handmade muffins. Gluten-free options were also available, as the kitchen believed in a health conscious menu.

The waters were so incredibly healing with minerals that rid my body of the inflamed eczema I had arrived with.

In the middle of no where, surrounded by mountains, I felt rejuvenated and completely revived. Zero light pollution in the evening. Incredible air quality. Big Sky.

It was the perfect cherry on top of my continual journey to thrive and be better. I am so grateful for my experiences here, and I wanted to share this with you.

I want you to continue to do and experience things that serve you.
I want you to reach your goals by taking small strides to encourage your journey.
I want you to be your best.

It's not easy being vulnerable, but it's necessary in order to change lives.

👉🏼 I was frustrated and burnt out from how much time and money I felt that I wasted on programs that weren’t custom tailored to me.

🚮 They were either too advanced or not challenging enough, and never met me where I was in my fitness journey. They never catered to my starting point.

🥂 Easy ENERGY Salad for those of us who like to eat from home without messing up the entire kitchen. Lol.

I’m not kidding, I just cleaned that s**t.

I was slumping along until I realized my body needed this quick nutrient packed snack.

IT TOOK ME 5 MINUTES.

I didn’t want to take forever to make food, even though I knew if I didn’t eat SOMETHING my metabolism would be screwed and all my hard work would be compromised.

I’m sharing my recipe with you to help you and inspire you to take action towards your health and fitness!!!

Your mind creates your experience, and ultimately your life.

When you choose a positive mindset, you’re more than likely to receive a positive outcome.
