Cancellation & Late Policy

As a service provider, this is my livelihood and how I provide for myself. I am always understanding, but to protect my time and business, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the appointment cost will be charged, or the deposit will be forfeited.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or No-Shows: 100% of the appointment cost is due. Failure to pay will result in not being able to book future appointments.

• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying me, you may be asked to reschedule

To avoid any issues, all clients must book through the website and keep a card on file.

I am willing to work with clients when true emergencies arise, but consistency and respect for scheduled times are essential.
