I have a little saying, "one is a treat, three is a treatment."
Consistent facial treatments is how you achieve real transformation. It’s SO much more than “pampering yourself” or just relaxing for an hour (although that's a nice bonus) 😊

💊slugging does not equal hydration!!!
it’s the final step, not the solution. your skin needs water + humectants first (hyaluronic acid, glycerin, beta glucan, etc) or you’re just sealing in nothing. slugging CAN be beneficial, when used with the right product and the right way.
💊pimple patches have a time + place!!!
but if you’re reaching for one every single breakout, you’re probably avoiding the real issue.. annnd delaying healing tbh! pimple patches can also create acne scars + discoloration which keeps your skin in a constant state of inflammation.
