There was a time when I thought the products and treatments were what got people results. 😅

The longer I’ve done this, the more I’ve realized that’s only PART of the story.

The same peel can be exactly what one person’s skin needs… and the worst decision for the next person.

That’s why I strongly disagree in "copy + paste" treatment plans.

Every appointment starts with one question:

What does your skin need today?

Sometimes that’s a peel or barrier repair or extractions or hydration.

And sometimes the best thing I can do is resist the urge to do more!

I genuinely think we've been taught to believe that healthy skin comes from finding the “best” product or treatment.

And that's just not true anymore 💁‍♀️

I think healthy skin comes from making hundreds of small, thoughtful decisions over time.

That’s the part of skincare I love the most.

It's not the products, it's the thinking behind them.
