You can now shop the brands that I am always recommending to you in my chair from my chair (or your home...or car--in the passenger seat, of course, or even on the potty--where you very well might be at this very moment.) Where ever is most convenient to do your shopping, you can do it through these links.

It's that time of year. Our salon fam shows out every year when we come together for this local food drive! Let's do it again!

We’re excited to share that our salon is partnering with the House of Hope again for our annual community food drive. We warmly invite you to join us in supporting local families in need by bringing in non-perishable food items during your next visit. Every little bit helps, and together we can make a meaningful difference. We will also be accepting donations that we will use to purchase food to donate . When the AC in the salon goes out...we try to make the best of it.

One of my favorite things about this crew that I work with (and do life with) is that we have fun, even when situations are less than ideal. Yes...we ACTUALLY do like and enjoy being around each other.

Some of us are the chaos causers, some of us try to add control to the chaos, some of us are just around to encourage and watch the chaos...and we all have traded roles at one time or another.

There was a little water put in the pool later.

On April 23rd, at 4:35, Mike and I welcomed our little chicken nugget into the world. Freyja Rune Periera Hery decided to wait an extra week, and needed a little coaxing to come into the world (Can you really blame her?! 😅 Already showing how smart she is) but she made it, 10 fingers, 10 toes, and the right number of everything so far!

I'll be out of the salon until mid June getting used to new mom life. If you text me for an appointment for my return, or even just to say "Hi", please be patient with my response time. Chances are, I'm changing a diaper, feeding (a baby, a puppy, or myself), pumping or possibly, (and miraculously) sleeping. If it goes over a day or 2 without responding, please follow up with me, because I am certainly experiencing what "mom brain" is now, and I may need a little extra prompting.
