I had already suspended my practice due to the the COVID-19 virus and called or texted most of my clients with upcoming appointments as well as sending out an email to the rest.

Highly recommend guided imagery for these stressful times. Rather than being bombarded with all the news out there, try being gently nudged with images that create space for your mind and body to settle into a healthy state.
