Decorated sugar cookies may be my bread and butter here at The Occasional Cookie Co, but I’ve been known to make a cookie cake or two!

This gorgeous soccer-themed creation went out the door yesterday to help a special girl celebrate her Golden Birthday, and I think it’s safe to say she scored a pretty sweet birthday treat!

Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a party, or looking for something a little different for your next event, I’d love to help make it extra sweet.
Bookings through the end of the year are LIMITED, so don’t wait until the last minute to get on my calendar! Send me a message, and let’s make something sweet happen!

Anyone else stuck in a posting slump, or is it just me?

Maybe it’s the changing weather, the earlier sunsets, or my brain just needing a little reset. Whatever it is, I’ve been a little quiet over here… but BUSY in the cookie kitchen!

Okay, enough of that. Back to your regularly scheduled cookie programming!

Peep this funky little set! ✌️🌼🕶️ Because turning 60 is pretty RAD!

Halloween presale prep is officially underway, and I couldn’t resist sharing a little Hocus Pocus magic!

Working on samples, ideas, and a little something wickedly sweet for the Halloween presale. I’d say these cookies are looking pretty spellbinding.

Stay tuned… something sweet this way comes.

Happy first day of fall!

Cooler days are headed our way later this week here in Eastern NC, and I am HERE FOR IT!
I decided to celebrate today by making dinner a little easier on my back after a full day of rolling dough and rotating cookie sheets in and out of the oven. Cue the crockpot!
My house is currently filled with the smell of cookies AND pot roast, and honestly…my nose couldn’t be happier.
Here’s to saying goodbye to a great summer and welcoming all the cozy, crisp, pumpkin-spiced, crockpot-filled days of autumn. I think we’re going to like it here.

Happy fall, y’all

Ghouls just wanna have fun…

Let me help make your next ghoul’s night a little sweeter! Halloween parties, spooky get-togethers, classroom treats or just because... October dates are booking now, so grab yours before they disappear!

I’ve been working on color palettes for my Halloween cookies. I know, I know… it’s 10,000° outside, but Halloween is right around the corner!
Are you more of a traditional Halloween, whimsical Halloween, or spooky Halloween person?
I always struggle because I love them ALLLLLLL.

What would you vote for?

First Sunday of football is HERE, and I am absolutely here for it. Even if my beloved Chiefs have the audacity to make me wait until tomorrow.
In honor of football being back, here’s a little flashback of some of my favorite football cookies over the years ❤️💛
