You shouldn’t have to drive hours away to feel like you’ve escaped for the day. A little hot springs kind of experience, right here in our small town of Gilmer.

P.A.U.S.E. is more than booking a few spa services. It’s booking The Cultivated Cave all to yourself.
No clients coming and going, no rushing out the door, no immediately jumping back into the noise.
For our P.A.U.S.E. for Two, you’ll spend around five hours tucked away at the Cave. Sacred Stillness massages + facials. Holy Crown scalp rituals. Hot tea, water and little snacks. Time built in for lunch. And while one person receives their Holy Crown, the other can read, journal, stretch, rest, pray… or do absolutely nothing at all.
Come for a birthday. A mother-daughter day. A milestone. Anniversary. Time with your best friend. Or simply because the two of you need somewhere to disappear for a little while.
And if you need that kind of quiet all to yourself, there’s a Solo P.A.U.S.E., too.
Our very first P.A.U.S.E. experience is officially booked, and I cannot wait to watch this little idea come to life.
You don’t always need a vacation. Sometimes you just need somewhere that gives you permission to P.A.U.S.E.

It’s noticing what someone might need before they ever have to ask for it and I think that’s where a service becomes an experience.
Are they spoiled having an esthetician for a mom? Absolutely.
But underneath all the pampering, I get to teach my girls something I really value: skincare doesn’t have to come from picking ourselves apart or chasing perfect skin.
We can care for what God gave us simply because it’s worth tending.
Healthy habits, gentle care and a little rest. Getting to teach that to my daughters while they’re young is pretty special to me.
