Transformation Coaches helping people get Healthy in their Mind, Body & Finances.

On March 7, 2021, I came out of the water shouting,“I’m new! I’m new!” 🔥

And looking back now…I had no idea how true those words would become.

In December of 2020, I had a radical encounter with Jesus and surrendered my life to Him.

I was tired of striving, performing, and trying to do life in my own strength instead of being led by Holy Spirit.

A few months later, I decided to get baptized.

What I didn’t expect was the ripple effect it would have on my family.

Marcus decided to get baptized too. Then our children wanted to get baptized.

At the time, they were 9, 6, and 4 years old.

No pressure. No forcing. They simply saw their mom encounter Jesus and wanted Him too.

After that encounter, things in me started changing.

One day I realized I wasn’t thinking about my next drink anymore.Without even trying, I had stopped drinking.

I fell in love with God’s presence, His Word, prayer, worship, and simply being still before Him.

Over the next several years, I got in rooms with mentors, leaders, and prayer warriors. Some things weren’t taught…they were caught.

What I didn’t realize then was that the hidden prayer time and obedience were preparing me for a future season I couldn’t yet see.

Because in 2025, when my husband confessed unfaithfulness, the Lord asked me to stay.

And while I knew I had biblical grounds to leave…I also knew I had given God my yes back in 2020.

I just didn’t know what that yes would require.

Only God could’ve carried me through the healing, forgiveness, pruning, and restoration that followed.

And honestly? When I look back at these baptism photos now, I don’t just see a baptism. I see the beginning of generational healing 🙌🏽.

What prayer has God answered in your life lately?

Here’s what God has been refining in me lately…

After my radical encounter with Jesus in 2020, God brought so much freedom into my life.

Freedom from striving.Freedom from performing.Freedom from trying to carry everything on my own.

And for years, I truly walked in that freedom.

But after walking through Marcus’s confession and a broken heart in my marriage in 2025, I found myself slipping back into old survival tendencies.

Trying to manage outcomes.Trying to self-protect.Trying to anticipate conversations, reactions, and scenarios before they even happened. (I’m mean … that’s called CONTROL)

And through the pain, God gently began showing me my own heart again.

He was gentle (He’s a gentleman) and did it with such love.

He showed me that underneath my need to control was fear. And underneath the fear was a lack of fully trusting Him.

Because true surrender means trusting God “even when / even if” you don’t know how things will turn out.

I didn’t need to obsess over every “what if.”I needed to place my trust fully in the Lord.

And honestly?God has been pruning my need to control outcomes.

Little by little, He’s been teaching me that peace doesn’t come from controlling everything around me…

It comes from surrendering everything to Him.

John 15 reminds us that pruning isn’t punishment. It’s preparation for greater fruit.

And looking back now, I can see God was lovingly refining deeper places in me all along.

What’s something God has been pruning or refining in you lately? 🤔

The world/culture taught me one version of womanhood… but Jesus showed me something deeper.

I spent years believing strength meant not needing anyone.

After walking through instability growing up and tragically losing my dad, I slowly built this mindset that said:“I’ll take care of myself.”“I won’t depend on anyone.”“I’ll protect myself.”

But honestly, living like the world left me feeling even more broken.

Then scripture began healing places culture never could.

Genesis 2:18 says God created woman to be a “helper,” and for a long time the world made that sound weak.

RECENT lesson showed me .. The Hebrew word used there is ezer — the same word scripture uses for God as our helper. 🤯

That changed everything for me.

Helper was never weak language.Biblical femininity was never passive.Submission was never oppression. And softness was never meant to mean powerless.

What I’ve learned is that true strength looks like surrender first to God. 🙌🏽

And honestly, the latter years of our marriage have refined me deeply, but they’ve also positioned me closer to God than I’ve ever been.

Because when I fully surrendered my life to Jesus, He began healing places striving, control, independence, and worldly thinking never could.

Biblical femininity didn’t make me smaller. It made me softer, wiser, more secure, more discerning, and more anchored in who God created me to be.

And honestly…The Proverbs 31 woman’s greatest strength was never perfection….It was that she feared the Lord. 🔥 That was the foundation underneath everything else…

What’s one thing God has been redefining or healing in you lately?

Marriage is holy… but it’s also refining. 🙏🏽

And honestly?I don’t think it can truly refine us unless we’re willing to be honest, surrendered, and obedient before God.

When I got married in 2009, I brought baggage to the altar believing marriage would heal hidden parts of me.

But over time, I learned something hard:marriage didn’t heal me…it exposed me.

All the things I had pushed down, ignored, avoided, or swept under the rug eventually surfaced.

And while that was painful, it was also holy.

Because God wasn’t just concerned about saving a marriage. He was concerned about transforming hearts.

Being a wife has refined me more than anything I’ve ever walked through.

It has taught me how to die to myself daily. How to surrender my flesh. How to listen more closely to the voice of Holy Spirit. How to serve instead of keeping score. How to love when it hurts. How to stay soft without becoming weak.

There was a season where my heart was deeply broken, and my husband couldn’t fix it.

But God could.And He did.

I spent countless hours in prayer letting Jesus heal places in me I didn’t even realize still needed healing.

And in one of the hardest seasons of our marriage, after confession and heartbreak, I remember thinking:“Unfaithfulness is grounds for divorce.”

I never considered God might ask me to stay.

But He did.

And because my deepest desire was obedience to God, I had to ask Him to search MY heart too.To reveal what still needed healing, surrender, forgiveness, and refining inside of me.

That season changed me forever. 🙌🏽

Not because it was easy. Not because it was painless. But because God met me there.

And honestly? The goal was never just saving a marriage.

The goal was becoming more like Jesus.

For us.For our children. For the generations after us.

Ecclesiastes 3 reminds us there is a season for everything.

And some seasons don’t just expose us…they refine us.

My mornings look different now…

And honestly, my routines changed my life.

Not because they made me more productive…
but because they helped reconnect me to God, peace, healing, and myself again.

There was a season where my “routine” looked like sitting alone in my prayer closet weeping before the Lord.

Some mornings I couldn’t even read my Bible.
I would just listen to scripture and let Jesus love me through the pain.

At the time, I felt lonely and low…
but now I can see God was doing deep work in me that I couldn’t yet understand.

That hidden season prepared me for what was ahead.

And now?
My rhythms still center around God, but they don’t always look the same.

Some mornings begin early with prayer, journaling, Bible Recap, movement, and my wellness routine.
Some mornings include early workouts, walking, sauna, worship, or quiet time with Marcus.
Some days look like praying with our kids, going through the Purple Book together, or watching The Chosen as a family.
Some moments happen outside on the back porch listening to birds and watching the chickens.
Some look like worshipping or flagging in what will become our Iron Forge Jesus Gym.
And honestly…
some days my prayers happen while standing in the kitchen making my supplements before heading to coach at 4:30 a.m.

Jesus meets me there too.

I’ve learned not to make routines an idol.
And not to compare my rhythms with someone else’s.

One woman may spend two quiet hours with coffee and her Bible.
Another may whisper prayers while getting kids ready or driving to work.

Neither makes God love us more.

I’m learning that spending time with God doesn’t have to look perfect or identical to still be meaningful.

More than anything, I just want my life to stay connected to Him throughout the day.

So before I even get out of bed, my prayers are usually simple:

“Holy Spirit, what do You want me to know?”
And…
“What do You want me to do?”

Those quiet rhythms have changed me more than I can explain.

What’s something in your daily rhythm that helps you reconnect with God or brings you peace?

This might be controversial, but health IS spiritual.

For a long time, I thought health was mostly about appearance.

But in 2017, after being diagnosed with high blood pressure while raising three small children, everything changed for me.

The doctor started writing a prescription for medication, and I remember asking:“What do I need to do?”

Her answer was simple:“Lose weight.”

No roadmap. No plan.Just me, overwhelmed, realizing I needed help.

So I prayed.

“God, I’ve never had to do this before. I’m going to need You to help me.”

And He did.

Over time, I lost 40 pounds.I fell in love with lifting weights.I started learning how to fuel my body differently.I began stewarding my health through movement, nutrition, walking, fasting, prayer, and discipline.

But more than anything…I invited God into my health journey.

And somewhere along the way, I realized my body wasn’t just something to manage…it was something entrusted to me by God.

“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… you are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies.”— 1 Corinthians 6:19–20

I don’t steward my body for vanity anymore.

I steward it because I have an assignment connected to my calling.

Because I want energy for my family.Strength for what God has called me to do.Endurance for the seasons He asks me to walk through.A healthy mind.A disciplined spirit. And the ability to serve well for a long time.

And honestly?I think many of us have surrendered our finances, our marriage, our calling, and our pain to God…

…but have we surrendered our health too?

What would change if we invited God into that part of our lives too?

Proverbs 31:30 b… here’s something I chewed on today… The real flex of the Proverbs 31 woman wasn’t just that she managed a home well, handled business, prepared for the future, cared for her family, or carried wisdom…all pretty awesome… BUT …

It was that she feared the Lord.

And I think that changes everything.

Because when you really read Proverbs 31, all the beautiful qualities we admire came AFTER the foundation.

“She feareth the Lord…”

THAT was the source.

Her wisdom.Her discipline.Her stewardship.Her strength.Her discernment.Her ability to build, nurture, lead, and prepare…

All flowed from her reverence and relationship with God. I pause and think, 💭 I wonder what her quiet time looked like. You know .. the P31 Lady.

Culture sometimes teaches Proverbs 31 like a checklist of performance.

But scripture shows us it was never about perfection or hustle.

It was about a woman fully anchored in God.

And honestly?I think that’s what made all the other verses possible. 🙌🏽

Her fear of the Lord wasn’t just another characteristic listed later in the chapter…

It was the foundation under all of it! Maybe the real question isn’t ‘Can I do it all?’ but ‘Am I anchored in God?’” Are YOU anchored? Are you surrendered?

A few things God has been teaching me lately…

How to find stillness in God even when life feels loud.

How to reset my gaze when life feels uncertain, unfinished, or stretching.

Ecclesiastes 3 has been sitting deeply with me lately:“There is a time for everything…”

And I’m learning to trust that.

To trust God in seasons that feel uncertain or unfinished. To trust His timing more than my own understanding. To slow down long enough to notice Him in the middle of everyday life.

Lately, life has looked like:early mornings with Jesus, biohacking and Bible time, coaching clients, supporting my husband and kids, walking our property and praying, quiet worship in the “Jesus gym,”and learning to re-center my heart on what matters most.

Last year held a lot of grieving and healing for me. But even in the middle of pain, God still gave moments of laughter, peace, beauty, and reminders that He was near.

I’m learning that stillness isn’t always the absence of movement…sometimes your body is moving while your spirit becomes still before God.

This season, more than anything, I want to live surrendered.

Not just hearing God’s voice…but responding to it. Delayed obedience is still, disobedience.

Not just building things…but becoming who He’s called me to be.

What is God whispering to you lately? 🤔

Maybe the invitation in this season is simply to get still enough to hear Him…. Whispers require closeness.

I can’t stop thinking about what Holy Spirit showed me in our Bible time together. 🙏🏽

I waited patiently for the Lord;He turned to me and heard my cry.He lifted me out of the slimy pit, out of the mud and mire;He set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand. Psalm 40:1-2

This scripture moved me deeply today because I know what it feels like to wait.

There was a season where my spirit knew things were off in our marriage, and I had to decide whether I would react in my flesh or wait on God.

Honestly… that kind of waiting is not easy.

I could have tried to control outcomes.I could have matched hurt with hurt.I could have let my emotions lead me.

Instead, I waited in my closet.I cried.I prayed.I wrestled.I surrendered.

And this morning, reading those words again reminded me:God really does hear our cries.

Sometimes obedience looks less like “doing” and more like trusting God long enough to let Him move.

And later in Psalm 40 when David says:“I desire to do your will, my God; your law is within my heart…”

That’s the part that settled deeply in me today.

Because sometimes God’s will requires waiting. And He gets to decide how long the waiting lasts.

But even there…He is faithful.

What scripture has God been speaking to you lately?

Wondering how to work with me? 🤔

Swipe to the second photo to see the real me 🤣✌🏽

The first photo?
That was me trying to pose polished, calm, and professional.😅

The second photo?
That’s much more who I actually am.

And honestly, that’s a lot like my testimony too.

For years, I tried to keep things polished.
Hidden.
Managed.
Held together.

But after a radical encounter with Jesus in 2020, I realized healing actually begins when we stop performing and finally show up honest, open, and transparent.

That’s why I love having what I call HOT conversations:
Honest.
Open.
Transparent.

I’m a wife of 16 years to a professional aviator, mom, wellness coach, certified marriage coach, and someone who has walked through some really hard life seasons.

About 15 months ago, my husband confessed he had been living a double life for the previous 3 years.

And while that confession brought deep heartbreak, it also began what we now call our redemption journey.

Now I work with women and couples both virtually and in person, creating safe spaces where people can show up real, raw, vulnerable, and fully seen.

Not judged.
Not shamed.
Just loved well.

These photos were actually taken in the very room where we host marriage intensives, ministry gatherings, and reboot sessions through Cole House of Ministry & Event Center — a place where people come to be loved and, even more importantly, a place where people come to FEEL loved.

This space is especially for:
🤍 women rebuilding
🤍 hurting wives
🤍 couples pursuing restoration
🤍 women wanting faith-led wellness
🤍 and people simply looking for a safe place to heal

Whether through:
✨ marriage coaching
✨ wellness coaching
✨ ministry gatherings
✨ hospitality
✨ “Weights & Worship”
✨ or simply walking alongside someone through a hard season…

…I guess you could say I just love others to Jesus.
