We accept Cash, Check, or Card via Square. There is a $25.00 returned check fee. COURTESY CALLS
Clients are responsible to remember their appointment. Please refer to our Cancellation or No Show policy for applicable fees. We may notify clients of upcoming appointments via text message, email or telephone call. SICK OR ILL:
I do not massage those who are sick, look like they are coming down with a cold or the flu, or those around who are ill. I see a lot of different people, all with varying immune systems, so I can not put another in danger. If I arrive at your home and either you or a family member is sick, I will terminate the appointment, and payment is required. LATENESS
All scheduled sessions begin and end on time. Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate following appointments. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist may determine there is not enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually received, the client is responsible for the full scheduled service price. CANCELLATION OR NO SHOW
Cancellations require a 24 hour notice. Same day cancellations (not due to an emergency) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. In the event of an emergency any notice is appreciated. Fees may or may not apply for emergency cancellations and are at the discretion of BRDM. In the event of a NO SHOW the client will be charged the full scheduled service price. FIRST TIME CLIENTS
