Hello everyone!
I’m Dionne, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as the new Operations Manager here at Flutter & Wink!
With a background in operations management, I’m passionate about streamlining processes, creating a positive and supportive environment for our team, and helping both our crew and clients thrive. I’m especially excited to join the FW team because of its incredible talent, innovative spirit, and shared commitment to elevating the beauty experience.

I’m happily married, a proud mom to one child, and the owner of two very energetic dogs! When I’m not focused on optimizing salon operations, you’ll usually find me unplugging on a family camping trip, getting lost in a good book, catching a movie, or baking something sweet.

I’m so excited to be part of the Flutter & Wink family and look forward to getting to know each of you!
