I know you are all probably getting tired of all the temples, but they are all really fascinating! The colors in this one are amazing! They are still trying to clean off the dirt and soot to be able to get the full effect. This will take years as they have to be very careful

Seeing Howard Carters house was pretty cool. It was like a maze in there 🤣. The rooms were small, but there were a lot of them. Dad, I made sure to get pictures of his dark room and cameras for you, enjoy 😉

With the mountains surrounding this temple, you really felt small here. And they are still excavating here, so this will probably be an even bigger complex than it already is in the future. It's amazing what ancient Egyptians were able to do with various types of stone.

Absolutely fascinating! All the color is original and more vibrant than these pictures can convey
