✨️ preparing a mugwort acupressure session, and my client also added the Indian head massage a very good combination for relaxation de-stressing and working the meridians of the body.

This will help get the body flowing, release some fascia, and tension.

This particular client gets migraine headaches so the Indian head massage is going to be wonderful as it works the neck as well. And customized for her I have peppermint essential oil diffusing in the room, peppermint is amazing for people who are susceptible to headaches or pain in general.
