Balance was honestly created for me.
Perimenopause has been… humbling. The daily ups, downs, mood shifts, all of it. I wanted something supportive I could use daily to keep things consistent. This is our magnesium body butter recipe infused with Wild Yam, Motherwort and a beautiful blend of essential oils chosen to take the edge off.

Relief is my go-to when my body is talking a little louder than usual. Formulated with Arnica, St. John’s Wort and a targeted blend of essential oils like Wintergreen, Frankincense and Black Spruce. it’s meant for those areas that feel tender, irritated, or just off. This one is great to have on the go, it works fast and really penetrates.

Both pair nicely with our matching magnesium oil sprays and can easily be combined with our other magnesium butters, Sleep, Muscle, and Unscented.

👀‼️Here’s the scoop on Magnesium. Topical magnesium products typically measure magnesium levels by elemental magnesium. This is the usable magnesium that your body can actually take in and use. While our products use magnesium chloride as an ingredient, what really counts is that elemental magnesium. Each of our magnesium butters contain 960mg of elemental magnesium per jar 40mg per tsp. Our magnesium sprays about 2500mg per bottle and 44mg per spray. We see a lot of products out there claiming to have many thousands of mg per jar. This simply isn’t possible and it’s misleading. What they are actually claiming is the total weight of magnesium chloride per jar. If you’re curious, just ask the amount of elemental magnesium in their product. While there’s no doubt a ton of great magnesium brands out there with really great products, transparency is must and people deserve to know what they’re purchasing . 💚
