We specialize in working with athletes and chronic pain catering each session to address the issues I opened my practice in Apple Valley in 2016.

I have been practicing Massage since 2004, for many years I worked in a chiropractic office as a massage therapist and a chiropractic assistant. The Chiropractic experience I have has given me the opportunity to work with many different clients and conditions and help them achieve the results that they are looking for with Therapeutic Massage. I take the time before our session to chat with you br

You’re not just stretching muscle when you move like this —You’re liberating fascia.

Fascia is the connective tissue web that wraps around everything in your body. It gives you form, fluidity, and support. But what most people don’t realize is that fascia doesn’t just store physical tension — it holds emotional experiences, too.

That moment you froze instead of speaking up.That deep ache of disappointment you never fully felt. That stress you “pushed through” again and again.
Over time, those unfelt emotions get woven into the fascial network. The body tightens. Movement stiffens. Fatigue sets in.And eventually… you don’t feel free in your body anymore.
Here’s where it gets deeper:

If your emunctory organs — your lungs, kidneys, colon, skin, and nervous system — aren’t open and draining properly, then there’s nowhere for the emotion to go.
No matter how much you stretch or massage, it keeps getting recycled inside of you.

Fascia can’t fully release until the body feels safe. And safety begins by opening those internal exits so your system can finally let go — not just physically, but emotionally, too.

So if you’ve been on a healing path and still feel stuck in your body…
If your movement feels blocked, heavy, or painful no matter what you try...

Start with your drainage.
Because when your fascia flows — you do too.
