Heather Ford has been a resident of Kauai since 2001 and has spent over a decade supporting clients in their acquisitions, sales, leasing and management of Kauai residential, commercial, and vacation rental properties. As such, Heather has accumulated a great deal of experience working with Buyers and Sellers in all types of transactions island-wide. Real Estate transactions on Kauai often involve far-flung participants where a Realtor here plays a larger role than one might on the mainland. It often requires an Agent to “stand-in’ for their clients thought-out the transaction for inspections, repairs, walk-throughs and all types of tasks in between. Heather has earned the faith and trust of her clientele by proving an all-encompassing level of service, which is required, but not always provided, in these often complicated and significant transactions. Dependability, reliability and follow-through are hallmarks of Heather’s Real Estate Practice and a foundation for her success here on Kauai. While a student at Towson State University, Heather had the opportunity to travel extensively in Latin America and spent a year at UNAM in Mexico City as part of her undergraduate program enabling her to be fluent in Spanish which is always a big help around Cinco de Mayo. Heather is raising her family on the North Shore of Kauai so she’s especially adept at assisting families moving to Kauai to get settled with schooling, carpools and extracurricular activities. When she’s not serving clients or helping friends and family, Heather can be seen hiking, in yoga class or trying to keep up with Gabby Reese at her crossfit workouts.
