Dear valued clients, I've been striving to personally connect with each of you, but the response has been overwhelming, making a formal announcement necessary.
Though some of you may be hearing about this through this message, I offer my heartfelt apologies. Given the circumstances, creating a video message has been too daunting due to my emotional state.
Last March, my doctors advised me to apply for disability benefits due to my diagnosis with pulmonary arterial hypertension, exacerbated by workplace chemicals. The swift approval was both surprising and life-changing.
Through the toughest times, including diagnosis, medication, and grieving the loss of my beautiful Moe, your unwavering support has been a beacon of hope. Your loyalty during my darkest days has been a testament to our strong professional bonds, and I treasure the relationships we've built. I'm grateful for each of you and look forward to connecting with those I haven't reached yet.
