Wear the lashes.
Do your hair.
Chase the dream.
Build the business.
Be feminine AND powerful.
Be generous.
Take up space.
And never apologize for wanting to look and feel your best.
Because Dolly was never just the blonde with the big hair.
She was a songwriter.
A philanthropist.
An entrepreneur.
A businesswoman.
A brand before âpersonal brandingâ was even a thing.
And she never felt like she had to become less feminine to be taken seriously.
As a woman in business, THAT is the part of Dolly Partonâs legacy Iâll always love.
She showed generations of women that you can love beauty AND have substance. You can be glamorous AND smart. Soft AND powerful. Kind AND wildly ambitious.
You can wear the lashes, dream big, build something extraordinary, and be completely unapologetic about all of it.

Iâll never forget the nurse who told me I wasnât smart enough to make it through anesthesia school.
For a moment, those words hurt. But then they became fuel.
I went to anesthesia school anyway.
I became a CRNA.
I became an injector.
I became an educator.
And eventually, I built an entire business from the ground up.
What started as doubt grew into Albany Aesthetics. A team, multiple locations, and a business bigger than I could have imagined back then.
And the best part? Iâm still growing. Still learning. Still proving to myself what Iâm capable of.
