My baby Ezra got his 5th grade promotion sign today. I’m gonna ugly cry 😭 😭😭

Hey! Take a second and correct that posture!!

I never win anything, and look at what I won!! thank you so much for this! Used the cream, and wow! Great product! Lotion, wake up! You’re on deck!!

I know, it’s been forever since I’ve created a post on the business side of my life, so I thought a reintroduction would be in order. I’m Veronica, I’ve been a massage therapist for 12 years now. I’m a mom to 3 great kids, and a happy wife of 21 years. Owning Unknot & Unwind was never on my radar, but wow I didn’t realize how much being a business owner would change me. I’m fulfilled as a mom/wife/daughter but dang, I felt empowered as a business woman! It’s a amazing feeling!! I love my little space and all my clients who have become a part of my life! I thank you all for the support, and the ton of laughs we’ve shared!! Let keep the party going!!!

I’m so happy to start this partnership with I’ve invested a lot of time and energy into searching for a high quality CBD product, I finally found it. I will be carrying the Aloha H**p products in the studio and online. If you have any questions please reach out. 😊😊😊

🤣🤣🤣 sorry but I had to repost this gem from This one cracked me up!!!

Here we go again! Masking up for safety.

Due to the continued day-over-day case rate increases of COVID-19 from the highly infectious Delta variant, the Sacramento County Public Health Officer has issued a health order requiring masking indoors regardless of vaccination status. In less than a month, Sacramento’s daily case rate has risen drastically, from 5.2 on June 24 to 18.3 on July 20.

While cases continue to surge and until vaccination rates have increased in Sacramento County, all residents must wear masks in all indoor public settings, venues, gatherings, and workplaces, such as, but not limited to: offices, retail stores, restaurants and bars, theaters, family entertainment centers, conference centers, and State and local government offices serving the public.

Great news!

Recognizing the financial strain that the COVID-19 pandemic continues to have on local businesses, the Folsom City Council unanimously voted on April 13, 2021, to offer a relief waiver to businesses with license fees of $600 or less.

The one-year waiver applies to new business license applications and renewals from July 1, 2021, to June 30, 2022. Businesses with prior delinquencies must bring their license to current before a waiver can be reviewed for the 2021 year.

The waiver will apply to approximately 4,600 businesses, including retail stores, hair and beauty shops, gyms and fitness centers, restaurants and bars, museums and art galleries, private schools, and home occupations.

For more information or to renew a business license to qualify for the fee waiver, visit www.folsom.ca.us/businesslicenses. For more information about the program, contact [email protected] or call 916-458-4753.

Renovations are complete! I’m so excited to share this labor of love with you all!! We finished a little over a week ago, and I couldn’t be happier!!!!
