A prolonged stretch of bitter cold is about to settle in, temperatures are likely to stay below freezing for an extended period. That means melting will be slow, and impacts could linger for several days after the storm ends. Cold like this can be hard on plumbing, so now is the time to prepare.

Steps to help prevent frozen pipes:
• 🚰 Let faucets stream slowly (especially on exterior walls)
• 🚪 Open cabinet doors under sinks to allow warm air to circulate
• 🧊 Cover or insulate exposed pipes, outdoor spigots, and crawl spaces
• 🔥 Keep your thermostat set to the same temperature day and night
• 🏠 Seal drafts around doors, windows, and where pipes enter the house
• ❄️ If leaving town, never turn the heat off, set it no lower than 55°

A little prep now can save you big headaches later. I’ve definitely been there before.

I don't need ink to know that the date 10/29 it is etched in my soul. It is surrounded by an intricate image with a million colors, memories, and images of the past. It's equally beautiful and painful. No artist in the world could come close to laying out the design. It took 20 years to develop. I see it clearly all at once, yet when I stop to stare it looks different every time. Sometimes I see smiles, hugs, cuddles, tears, laughter, ridiculous jokes, hearts, birds of paradise, balloons, bike rides, skateboards, video games, tricks, photobombs, fireworks, presents, puppy’s, friends, birthdays, cookies, or explosions. Other times I see nothing but feel instead heartache, sadness, longing, happiness, pride, sorrow, pain, anger, content and always love. You made a mark, it is beautiful beyond words or a single image. You are truly loved and never forgotten. We will finish your race. 😘

After replacing my phone six times since last November it’s a 🍎 software issue. Now a new esim and software 🤞 and replacing it with a fresh activation. Seems this may take a few hours. But I will have 7 days of indexing 😔 so welcome to my 1st world problems🤣

We still have a couple months left of summer. I keep getting a lot of messages about hair, skin and scalp.

💦Wash you hair immediately after exposing to chlorine to keep it from turning green. Use Malibu Swimmers after every dip in the pool.
💦Use Malibu swimmers packets if you have already turned green.
💦Put leave in conditioner in hair while swimming to keep it from drying out and turning green.
💦Rose gold oil for any sunburn! It also moisturizes to keep you from dry skin after sun exposure.
💦Save your retin a, glycolic and vitamin c products for winter. Do not use them with sun exposure.
💦Get an exfoliating scalp bath after your scalp has been burned.
💦Get an opulent scalp bath to restore moisture to scalp and hair after prolonged pool and sun.
💦Mineral sunscreen for extensions or they will turn orange.
💦Use the superfoods or repunzel syrup weekly to combat dryness.
