Dear valuable clients, I hate to do this, but I have to set boundaries. Lately, I've been getting a few last-minute cancelations or simply not showing up to their appts. Please understand that I set aside what ever time I need just for you, and that if you cancel last minute or don't cancel at all or just don't show up is money and time that I'm losing. It is also not fair for the clients that do want an appt, and I told them I was booked because I'm respecting your time and your appt. Please remember that I have a cancelation policy minimum of 48hrs to change or cancel your appt. If you have a No Show, I will no longer be giving another appt unless you pay in full the lost appt, and pre-paid the new one at the time of booking.
