ReBuild: Strength & Recovery System

Thea came up to me during my workout today, flexed her little baby biceps, and told me how strong she was.

They are always watching and trying to figure out who they’re supposed to be (also evidenced by the various bunny tattoos on her legs🙃) so set the best example you can for them.

Exercise and chiropractic go hand in hand to keep your body moving!

I am incredibly grateful that I’ve had the opportunity to hold classes for women and moms over the past year. I have been able to watch people grow, learn to prioritize themselves, and build connections with each other.

These classes and these women were the driving force behind creating ReBuild and giving women a platform where they could be supported in their fitness and nutrition journeys throughout every stage of life. As sad as I am for them to be over, I’m so proud of what they’ve become❤️
