I was NOT expecting to do her hair today, but when she popped in for a quick consult… I said Ma’am, hold my brush.

This had me a little panicked, and a LOT excited 😍 she had spots of really bad breakage and hair that was severely compromised.. and we needed to get her feeling HER again!

I dove in with milk_shake PRO North America creative permanents, 5.1 and 7.1 on her grow out, and also threw in just a few highlights using Oligo Professionnel Blacklight lightener. The main focus was the integrity of her hair so I just did a SPRINKLE of highlights. Then I toned with Calura gloss all over.

Finally, we finished with Christian Michael Hair Extensions Tape Wefts in Dolce Latte and Warm as Honey to add back in some of the volume and length that had gone.

I’m not gonna lie yall, I was a little panicked with this one. But the results were worth every single bead of sweat 😍😍

I permed Christian Michael Hair Extensions in 18” Hazelnut tape wefts to match her natural wave, so she has the option to wear her clip ins no matter how she styles.

On her, I used Oligo Professionnel Blacklight Lightener for balayage, and Calura Gloss on everything else. We did a final tone with 8GV and 9N at the bowl to create this beautiful and natural look.

Then we discussed how we want her haircolor to look and the excitement and ideas started flowing!

About a week before our appointment I permed Christian Michael Hair Extensions in the colors Going to the Dark Side, Hazelnut, and Sandy Candy. She did tell me she likes to wear her hair smooth sometimes so we decided to install smooth, to make sure the cut blends seamlessly however she wants to style.

Then I went in with milk_shake PRO North America Creative Permanents for her base, and Oligo Professionnel Blacklight Lightener and Calura gloss to tone her highlights 🥰

We’re obsessed with the softness, fullness, and length we were able to achieve 😍

We had a mini consult before today, and discussed a little on what her dream hair would be. She wanted soft, natural, and able to work with her natural curl pattern.
