In just over an hour, I’ll be joining Walk for Peace as they lead a Loving Kindness meditation. It’ll be live streamed on their fb, their website, and on YouTube.

Some sad changes for TLC!

Unfortunately, I need to give up my “cave.” I had hoped to take appointments all this month, but the universe had other plans. I was going to be out of town working next week, but that fell through and my hand is healed enough from surgery so….

I am now able to take appointments for next week only!

So often I see a child struggling and wish I could tell them all the secrets of life. I wish I could tell them they aren’t too loud. They don’t talk too much. Their rambling stories are beautiful. They didn’t mean to break the thing. It’s okay to cry. It’s okay to be angry. They’re still learning, and it’s okay that they mess up sometimes. Adults mess up all the time.

They deserve all the love and hugs and joy.

What would you tell your younger self, if you could go back? I challenge you to envision little you and tell them those things. ❤️

I often find myself doing this during my appointments. I may not have known you when you were just a little one, but as I play with your hair or comfort your soul with soft strokes on your back, I’m telling little you how loved they are and how proud I am of them.
