As many of you know, OXV has been growing, learning and evolving over the last few years. With growth comes reflection and we’ve spent a lot of time evaluating not only the services we provide, but the experience we want every guest to have.

As we move into our rebrand, we’re also raising our standards.

That means stronger communication, better appointment management, continued education, clearer expectations for our team and a renewed commitment to respecting our guests’ time.

No business is perfect and I certainly haven’t been either. I’ve made mistakes throughout this journey, especially while balancing salon ownership, teaching full-time, going to college, managing a daily disability, grief and building this business. But one thing I can promise is that I’ve never stopped trying to improve.

Today, OXV is entering a season of greater accountability. We are implementing systems that ensure every guest receives the level of professionalism, communication and care they deserve.

Our vision has always been bigger than beautiful nails, glowing skin, or perfect brows. We want OXV to be known for professionalism and great vibes from the moment you book until the moment you leave. That’s why we changed from Beauty to CosmoSpa- bringing the private spa ambiance and luxury to cosmetology.
