🧂 Salt isn't the enemy—it's essential.
I know this can be a controversial topic, but I believe our bodies need healthy amounts of sodium. Every cell in our body relies on it to help regulate fluids, support nerve function, and allow our muscles to work properly.
Think about it—when many people become dehydrated or lose too many fluids, one of the first treatments in the hospital is an IV with saline, which contains sodium chloride to help restore fluid and electrolyte balance.
For me, the focus isn't on avoiding salt completely—it's about choosing quality foods and getting the right balance for my body.

Perimenopause and menopause can bring a lot of changes, and I wanted to create something made with simple, thoughtfully chosen herbs that have a long history of traditional use to support women through this season of life.
🌿 What's inside?
• Nettle Leaf – Traditionally used to provide nourishing minerals and support overall wellness.
• Wild Yam – A favorite herb that has long been used in traditional herbal practices for women's health.
• Chamomile – Known for its calming properties and often enjoyed to help promote relaxation.
• Oat Straw – Rich in minerals and traditionally used to help nourish the nervous system.
• Lemon Balm – Loved for its calming effects and commonly used to support stress and mood.
• Raspberry Leaf – A classic women's herb that has been traditionally used to support overall female wellness.
