Happy 45th birthday to one of the strongest, most determined women I know!

When Jessica first came to me, I was her trainer, but somewhere along the way she became one of my closest friends. I’ve had the privilege of watching her transform in ways that go far beyond a number on the scale or a clothing size.

She has worked through hard seasons, stayed committed when it would have been easier to quit, and continued showing up for herself again and again. She has gone from a size 16 to a size 8, from an XL to a medium, and today she is stronger, healthier, more confident, and more alive than I have ever seen her.

At 45, Jessica isn’t slowing down - she is thriving. She looks amazing, but what makes me proudest is how amazing she feels. She has built strength, confidence, discipline, and a healthier life that she truly deserves.

Jessica, I am so incredibly proud of how far you’ve come, and I’m grateful I’ve been able to walk beside you through this journey - not only as your trainer, but as your friend. Happy birthday, beautiful! The best is still ahead of you. 💗💪
