Life has been BUSY lately… and honestly, I think so many of us are just trying to keep up with work, family, responsibilities, stress, goals… all of it. Somewhere in the middle of taking care of everyone else, we forget to slow down and give ourselves a little grace too.

One thing I’ve been reminded of lately is this:
You are the only one that can truly take care of YOU.

Tomorrow is never promised, and life moves way too fast to keep waiting on the “perfect time” to start living, chasing dreams, resting, healing, traveling, laughing more, or doing the thing that’s been sitting on your heart.
Recently Justin and I went to the Mel Robbins Let Them tour and it was such a fun experience. I loved seeing him enjoy it too. It was such a good reminder that life is too short to constantly worry about what other people think.

Do the thing.
Take the trip.
Start the business.
Post the video.
Wear the outfit.
Go on the walk.
Protect your peace.
Be yourself unapologetically.
Because at the end of the day, no one else is going to live your life for you.

This season has been full of big changes — we lost our sweet pup 🐾, my son graduated 🎓, and my daughter is now a senior (!!). On top of that, I’m continuing my healthy journey while juggling a full-time career. Life has been a little wild, but that’s what makes it beautiful. 🌿

For now, I’ve pressed pause on making products — but I’m still here to motivate, inspire, and remind you of the most important thing: you only get one YOU.

His last prom. His final year of high school.
I can hardly believe it—2025 marks the end of a chapter for my son, and honestly, it’s bittersweet. Watching him grow into his own person, with his own circle, his own rhythm... it’s beautiful and tough at the same time.
