Hi, I’m Caitlin, a licensed massage therapist who is passionate about helping people feel their best—both physically and mentally. I believe massage is more than just relaxation; it’s an important part of self-care and overall wellness. Whether you’re looking to relieve muscle tension, recover from everyday aches, or simply take time for yourself, I’m dedicated to creating a personalized experience that leaves you feeling refreshed and renewed.

I offer a variety of massage services to fit your individual needs, including Swedish (relaxation) massage, deep tissue massage, and prenatal massage for expecting mothers. For an extra level of relaxation and muscle relief, hot stones can be added to any massage service, creating an even more soothing and therapeutic experience.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m a proud mom to three amazing kids and am happily engaged to my wonderful fiancé, David. Family is everything to me, and I love spending my free time making memories with my family and friends. I strive to bring that same sense of warmth, compassion, and care into every massage session, treating each client like family and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
