Yup! I was able to spend the day at the zoo with this little munchkin, followed by a couple other adventures. I love that we get the flexibility to spend time together! I haven’t missed any milestones and I’m so grateful for that. She’s becoming quite the joy.

Eat your colors! The more colors you have on your plate (natural not dyed!!), the more vitamins and nutrients you are getting.
Try this:
Beets
Apples (pre-cooked to al dente with cinnamon, ginger and pie spice - the non sugar kind)
Butternut squash
Walnuts
Mix it all together and add an extra dash of pie spice. Beautiful and yummy snack or side dish!

Beets, beets, beets. So good for you! Tho a little disconcerting when you p*e pink. 😂😂
My recent go-to (which has been surprisingly delicious!!) has been beets (cooked in foil in the oven on food prep day), rosemary-olive oil infused steel cut oats, yogurt and paprika. Today I added pine nuts. Super yummy and also very nutrient rich, therefore, good fuel for your body!! Plus, the beets are just....pretty!
